She is the only girl I have ever loved and I can't stop thinking about her. But I know I can never be with her - it is possible she had feelings for me once, but now she likes me as a freind and she just keeps having boyfreind after boyfreind, and it makes me very upset thinking of her and her serial lovers to the extent that I cry myself to sleep. It is certain that I will never be with her, for she knows of my feelings for her and would definitely say if she felt the same. All I want to do is forget about her because I have to live with it every day of my life and it hurts so badly. Lots of people say I should meet other girls, but that just makes it worse because I can't help comparing them to her because she is perfect. Is there a way to truly forget about her or will I have to take this to the grave? You won't take it to the grave, even if you try. If you are determined to get over her, you will. Just remember that nothing is going to happen between you two so forget about it. When you talk to her, don't flirt, don't think there's a chance she might like you, just forget it.
It'll take a while but Time heals all.
I hope that helps.
