 yeah i agree with "peoriaman", they're envious. The average penis size for adults is about 5"/6". And considering you're only 12 a 7.5" erect is pretty damn impressive! You may even get larger than that.As for people staring at you in the changing rooms i'd just suggest wearing a towel until you're a little older. Although you shouldn't feel embarrassed, if you don't like the staring just try not too show it off too much...hehe.When you're a little bit older i think you will not care about people staring as much...It's something to be proud of! So don;t worry about it!

 You could wear a towel when in public changing rooms. When going to the shower make sure you're covered and when getting out of the shower make sure you're covered. Put your underwear on while you still have the towel on.
Some people might say that you should be happy about your penis size or whatever and that you shouldn't mind people staring. If you feel uncomfortable with people looking at you and your penis, do them and yourself a favor by being covered as much as possible to prevent further exposure of yourself.
