Tell him that you don't like him saying those things to you, and you're not interested in that kinda stuff. But if he carries on doing it after you have asked him to stop than dump him, you deserve better than that! x

 If you like him then maybe you should talk to him about it. Tell him you are not entirely comfortable with him talking dirty, and that you want him to stop. Give him the benefit of the doubt and give him the chance to stop it, if he still keeps doing it then yes maybe you should consider dumping him.
