 if you are not attracted to him anymore then end it (in a nice way) - i do think you are over paranoid, you know poeple may even look and think gosh shes miserable with her boyfriend or she looks embarrased??? Many people have too much going on in their lives without judging others. If you are not happy - genuinley not happy then end it, plus it is not fair on your boyfriend as surley he deserves to be happy too and have someone who likes him for who he is.
