 Orgasm is the peak of sexual excitement, depending on how excited you actually are your orgasm will vary in strength.
I'm not sure about men, but when a woman orgasms it feels like the release of a "tickling" pleasurable sensation from her vagina. Often the sensation spreads from down there right through your whole body.
I hope this helps a bit. Its quite hard to explain really. Until you feel it you can never really know.
