if you are questioning if you need help you have already identified you do. That is a very positive thing. Speak to your doctor or health visitor who should still be involved at the baby clinic. They can offer you assistance and advice. Although you are a young mum there are plenty of older people who experience simular. It does not mean they will take your child away from you even if you were to be diagnosed with depression. You obviously have your childs interest in the fore front of your mind so i would suggest you are already doin a fab job. Go speak with the professionals they can offer support within your home.
