He told me to text him when I knew when I was coming back but I haven't texted him yet because his facebook said that he was in a relationship so I don't know if I should text him or not. I really want to see him and I like him a lot, but I'm scared he will want to stay with the girl he's with now and I don't want to be the cause of them breaking up. What should I do? And if I text him what should I say? He doesn't know I know this he is seeing someone. Last time he told me his was into me and everything and he couldn't wait for me to come back in June but now I'm not so sure...

Seems like he moved on. A bit quick, which may indicate that he's working his way through a few girls and using them as he goes. I think if it says he's in a relationship, you're better off leaving him alone. You don't want to be hurt or used by him. Another guy will come along

 if he said to text him, then just text him. you dont have to text him and say im coming back so lets be together or anything. just text him and simply say hey you asked me to tell you when i was coming back and ill be there blah blah blah. then you can go from there. hopefully he texts back and you guys can pick up where you left off or be good friends. goodluck
