Honestly, I can;t stop thinking about sex, and pretty much any other activity. If so, why? I was thinking because of hormones but is there any other reason? Thanks!, anything will help!

Well because your cycle is preparing to ovulate for reproduction around the time of your period it is quite normal to be horney before during an after your period.

Having sex at the time of month isn't impossible or unheard of. And it's not always messy, it's up to the couple if they really want to try it :)

I am still a virgin actually, as well as my boyfriend and I would think that it would get kinda messy and strange to fool around when that is going on down below. Have you, if so was it awkward?

Speaking of strange things.. how come if you live with a woman, you and her get periods at the same time.. now I find that really wierd..
PS: Dear caller, you gonna do the sex thing when you are bleeding?

That's normal...
Girrrlll I completely understand how you feel lol
The main reason is because of our hormones at that particular time. And every woman experiences different things also :)

In my instances you would not believe how ridiculously built up you feel, its insane. I just hate to act on it because of the obvious uncomfortable reasons. In general, girls don't like talking about their time of the month even if its with someone that they feel they can confide in because if you think about it, the whole deal is kinda gross. I wish we all (women) could still have kids, have the curves, the high intensity urgency for sex among other things but without the mess. My one wish for women kind! :)

Yup, totally normal. I feel that way and so do a lot of my friends.

A
female

I get that too. I don't know if it is the hormones or what, but personally, I think it's because when I'm on my period I don't have sex, I don't masturbate and it drives me a little mental with desire.
Hormones are a plausible reason as well, but it's different for everyone.
Same goes for if it's normal, there are major differences from woman to woman and so it is difficult to say if it is normal and so you may experience this whereas someone else has trouble sleeping when on their period.
Just go with it, it's not hurting anyone, so why worry?
xx
