 a snog is england lingo for what is essentially french kissing, for those who dont know .
So anyway miss anony mouse, you can only learn by practicing, but i can give you a few pointers to help out :)
You want to place your lips above and under his bottom lip, kissing it, tilt your head to the side, he should tilt his the opposite way. (only tilt a little bit) This allows you to put your tongue in his mouth, where you will caress his tongue with your own!

Nobody just knows how to snog. The only way to know about it is to practice. However, if he's not your boyfriend, why is he trying to snog you. Before doing anything, look for more commitment than just some guy randomly walking up to you. Take your time getting to know him, there's no rush.
