He never says a word. If I come home with a new colour. Nothing. I can spend $150.00 on highlights and he will never even acknowledge my new look. Yet, before we were together, he was with a chick in her 20's who was always colouring her hair, cutting, perming, changing it and everytime she'd do something different, he'd take a million pictures of her new hairdo. Yet when I go to the salon, I don't even get a comment. I feel so invisible. Like I'm nothing more than a room mate he occasionally has sex with! It seems like everything she did just knocked his socks off, and everything I do, he yawns. I am so hurt! Why is he like this?

As you have said, he acted terribly interested in his other girlfriend's change in hairstyles.. May I ask about your body .. Are you of average weight? With the sex issue and failure to notice you, he is sounding indifferent.. May I have a little more info..

He is a Guy. Terrible congenital birth defect. It will kill him at around 70 years.
But joking aside, I would like to apologize for all of us. We go through life blindly staggering from one day to the next never noticing the color of the wallpaper. In the event that a woman deigns to shower us with her favor we may notice what she is wearing, etc.. We may not comment on it for one of two reasons. First insecurity, we really are bad at this and don't know what to say. Or, second, shear terror. Remember when he said "I like you new hair color" to which you replied "It's been this color for 2 weeks you twit". Any way, We do appreciate all you do to beautify the world for all of us. We will try to pluck up the courage to do better in the future.

Let him know how you feel! Tell him how hurt you are by this. If he still continues to ignore you I would dump him and get someone who gives you the attention you deserve!Good Luck!
