When can I get my normal periods?

A female United States age 36-40, anonymous writes:

i used birth control pills only for 3 months and stopped taking pills 1 month a go and for that month my hubby used condoms.i wanted to start family planning i want to get pregnant as soon as possible. i wanted to know when can i get my normal periods.

Since you only took BCP for 3 months it shouldnt have a big effect on your body I'm not a dr. or anything but personally i was on it for years and it took me about 6 months to ovulate again, then a couple years later i decided to take it again only for about 5 months and started to ovulate in just 2 months. All women are diffrent but to be sure you should buy ovulation test strips to find out. Good luck.
