Yes,it is normal and it just means you are healthy.It will slow down as you get older but you will probably have it from time to time all of your life.

 Normal is not defined by what happens to others but by what is normal for u. if this has been happening for a long long time chances are its normal for u. if u are really concerned do some research. google is a great tool and u can always delete ur history afterwards if ur worried of snooping noses. I would say its normal but i wouldnt hesitate to check any sources u can find.
