If she is getting worried about this one little thing, then you need to worry about whether she is worth having as a girlfriend. That's not love. That's a bit controlling and a bit obsessive. Don't waste your time explaining it over and over again. Tell her once more that it was a power cut. If after that she goes on about it, seriously think about whether she's worth the hassle. If she's annoyed about something this small, that's not a good sign.
