 You don't. There are some things that simply can not be sorted out, and sleeping with his brother is one of them.
Perhaps you might want to try not being in relationships for a couple of years, until you are a little more mature and can be more responsible towards your partner/s.

 In short, I'm afraid It's unlikely you can sort it out. Messing with family is never a good idea- having a brother I know I couldn't go with someone he's been with- I reckon your b/f feels the same. I suggest, and I know it will prob hurt, you move on.
