Unlike my friends I'm in no rush to have sex, mainly because I'm quite childish i no that's silly. Me and my ex were never intimate (never even kissed) we're best friends now, i still have feelings for him but i know he doesn't feel the same and it hurts but i have to move on. I want to know how i can stop these dreams? I burn up when I'm talking to my ex sometimes because the dreams pop into my head. Thanks for any advice much appreciated x

I'm afraid you can't control dreams. People have many vivid and intense dreams of all kinds. Dreams don't reflect your personality.
Dreams have long been discussed, no one knows why we dream what we dream. Many say dreams happen to represent issues in our life, others say we just watch too much telly!
I suggest you try something to get your mind off him, try a new hobby out, by moving onto new things in life it may help 'clear your head' so to speak.
