I can understand your stress; but there is not much you can do about it now; I suggest you just forget about it; be more carefull in future; this could happen to anybody;
should your friend ever make a remark or comment about it, apologise; but I doubt that anything will ever be said about it; they might not even know it is yours; so I suggest just relax!
Best wishes and lots of SMILES

hi there.
don't worry about it, you probably put it in the toilet and it wont get stuck half way down and come back up because tampons break up like toilet paper.
and if you put it down and left it, and her parents/brothers pick it up, it'll be embarresing for them too so they wouldn't mention it, plus if they're older then they will understand that its natural for a girls body to have a period and that you need to use tampons, so they wouldn't mention anything to embarress you.
stop panicking, i'm sure you flushed it away and it'll be fine :)
hope this helps :) next time wrap it in toilet paper and flush it away.

dont worry about it hun it dont matter if u flush it they dont normally get stuck unless there is a problem with the waste pipe. but i can probably guarantee that if they did find it they wud never know who's it was.
