writes:i have had very bad thrush for about 6 years i went to the doctors about it and he gave me a perscription for clotrimazole 1% cream.it did the job while i was applying the cream but as soon as it got better and i stopped the cream it came back with a fury .so i just went to the chemist and bought the cream myself without going to the doctors after a while the chemist said i could not buy clotrimazole cream so i had to buy caneston thrush cream with clotrimazole 2% content i am still in the same predicament as soon as i stop applying the cream it comes back in a fury can anyone help i am to embarassed to go back to the doctors Reply to this Question

 I know this isnt what you want to hear but please please go to the doctors and tell them everything you have said there as there may be a more serious reason why it keeps returning, your health is more important than a few embarassing minutes, please!

You just need to get longer prescriptions, and more often. It's really nothing to be embarased about unless your going to just leave it
