Every hotel, motel in the world wash's their sheets daily, you don't see any stains on their sheets do you?

Turn the covers over? Or put in the washing machine when they aren't around. Let it soak for a while as well, maybe add some stain remover to it and let it soak in that.
Alternatively, if nothing else works, spill red wine over the stain and they'll think you've been drinking, which might be less bad? Or buy identical bed covers and throw out the old ones (if you throw the old ones out, make sure the garbage is emptied BEFORE your parents get in, alternatively dump them in some other garbage can not near your house...).
Good removal!

Soak in soda crystals, rub with vanish, buy a top brand washing powder and wash at high temperature. In future, lay a towel underneath when making love. If this doesn't work, how about spilling a little coffee on it? Coffee stains would be better than sperm. Hope all goes well.

Put it in the washing machine on a hot wash (check the label first). If that doesnt work - take it to the dry cleaners. Or buy some stain remover.
Scrubbing with your hands is never going to work, it needs to be properly washed either in a washing machine or at a dry cleaners.
I hope this helps and good luck!

Have you tried washing them in the machine? A hot wash will probably be good. Have you tried some sort of stain removal product like one called Vanish that we have over here. They are good on stuff like mud, blood, grass, etc, so should be useful for you. Usually items need a soak or a spray with stain remover before washing in the machine.
