I know I should have been over this a long time ago, but I guess I am just weak, and I am never able to find anybody who can make me happy as she did. We were not together but I had such strong feelings for her, I believed not seeing her would help me get over these feelings but I was deadly wrong. I cannot stop thinking about her, wondering how she is and how she is doing, I believe I became emotionally attached and now I do not know how to get out of this muddle I have put myself into. She doesn’t even bother to speak to me anymore or bother to reply, yet here I am always waiting and hopelessly hoping. I only want her friendship but she won’t even give me that much, I want to move forward but I do not know how to. Would it help to speak to her one last time to get the answers I need to move on or would this be a bad move?

You can try to speak to her and even if you don't get to speak to her trying might help you feel better and get some closure unless she has made herself clear that she doesn't want to be in contact.
