writes:Right here it goes....My bf and I have now been together for 7 months, b4 me he was with his ex for 3 yrs. Since i have been with him it had been made clear that they dont speak at all. Today I went to comment on my bf on facebook and i see a comment left by his ex, when i saw the comment i felt physically sick! Why is it bothering me so much? and it was a harmless comment just asking if everyone was ok. I know she meant a lot to him but i dont think i can face them talking regularly, it will drive me crazy!! What shall i do!? Pleassee please help. Thanks

 I have been with my boyfriend 3 1/2 years and i text and talk to my ex....because he is a friend and that is all. I know my boyfriend is not overly happy but he trusts me. So if you truely love your boyfriend trust him and know that they are an ex for a reason.

 First.... Calm down.
If you start acting like a Psycho, he will run for the hills. Try to put things in order and dont let your mind get carried away. He is not with her anymore he is with you, try to remember that if he was meant to be with her! he still would be. But he's not he loves you, so try to trust him.
I know its easy to get carried away, but take it from me, Guys do not like girls who get to clingy, and dont trust them.
