The problem is whenever I'm sad about anything now she gets worked up and always tells me "grow a fucking pair!" "man up!" "quit being a pussy" so I can never seem to tell her how I actually feel without getting into a fight again

Are sure your dating a girl? She sounds like a dude with that mouth. Personally, I love a guy who opens up about their feelings it's like eclipses it only happens a couple of times every 2 years. That's where your girlfriend should be lending an ear and listening to what's up. If you are really are into her then, I would tell a close friend how your feeling instead of trying to confide in her. She's stated in a way that she doesn't care to listen so it's best to leave her in the dark. What are you upset about? You know you can always tell us agony aunts, my ear is always here!

This relationship you have with her seems to be doomed. Without a trust between you two that enables self-expression, what is there really for you to build upon? I suggest you leave her now.
I hope that helps.
