 when you find some one who you really love and he really lovers you and you are ready sit down and talk when i had my first girlfriend we had the same problem we talked about it she had to tell me what she wanted doing its meant to be good for both not just one person and if he wont he does not really care much about you much but i think you need a females readers point of really :)
