Women can ejaculate. It doesn't happen too often from what I've heard. I have a friend who it keeps happening too, and I think I "squirted" once as well. But it is hard to tell, because during penetration, if a woman squirts, the penis kinda blocks it! So if you ever do squirt during penetration it will be difficult to notice as you are already wet. It was the funniest feeling though... but I wont go into deeper detail on that.
I just know it's something you can't really control.

It's just an expression a guy uses for when he wants his partner to have an orgasm while his penis is inside her. A lot of times, while not ejaculating like men, will just get more wet in their vagina while they are having an orgasm. Often men can feel the changes in a woman's vagina (throbbing, warmth, wetness) while she is orgasming. It can be a great feeling and even cause the man to orgasm also.

I believe there are isolated exceptions among women who actually do produce something of this effect-meaning actual, naturally-produced lubricant in excess-I had a friend who would claim she would dehydrate herself in this manner. I suspect your b/f was most likely referring to the act of orgasm rather than an ejaculatory event.
Physiologically, no, women do not "cum" like men. Meaning there is no substantial production of a semen-like fluid, externally. But there are some women who are able to produce excessive "wet" orgasms like you're describing. Things said in the heat of passion are often not easily translated into the real, coherent world so don't take these things too seriously.

you can have a female ejaculation if aroused enough. :)
