writes: I want to be a good boy, but it seems that it is very hard for me to realise it. I am too lazy, I cannot control myself.Each morning,I want to get up to do excise,but I fail all the time;I can't put my heart into study;I don't have a good temper I don't know what can I do in the future also. Your half way there hun by admiting you have a problem, Thats a brave thing to do.
I no you said you had no motivation to do the things you feel you should be, There must be something you are passionate about whether it sport music reading there has to be something.
I suggest to you that you try for a week to get up at the same time no matter how you feel and work out, This is a great way of getting you motivated as once you have started you wont want to stop and the exersise will improve your motivation, Give yourself a goal and go for it love goodluck I hope you feel better about yourself soon TAKE CARE LOVE MANDY xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

find something that you're interested in...something like a hobby, a sport, or anything that has to do with moving around. You can get a friend to help you out in getting active...once you start you might just continue...and as the studying goes find someone that really interest you, and have them study with you...sometimes when you have a motivation...it would make you do things that you should be doing...good luck and i hope that i helped you in some ways...

hey,
rome wasn't built in a day so take it easy . each step in it's own time.. don't start very hard exercices ,so i say call some freinds and invite them to go walking or take anyone with you and when you go walking you won't realise it because you will be busy talking with your freinds..and time after time you will want to walk further and further and then have new stuff to do,remember step by step don't rush into anything.
and for studies NO ONE WANNA STUDY but we all do so take it easy , maybe you don't have the temper to do it but study for a week and you will get used to it ......... good luck hope i helped.

you need motivation.
find a type of excersise which interests you and makes you want to do more of it.
as for the studying, you need to have a long think about how it could affect your life in the future if you dont study.
im 14 and hate studying, but i do it because i dont want to end up working in mc donalds !!
