It only lasts for a second or two and then it stops.I've been to a doctor about it before, and they've checked my blood pressure amongst other and everything seems to be in order. But I have this terrible fear that I'm going to die at a young age. What else can I do to ease my mind? Reply to this Question Share |

don't overreact lets get some perspective here.
it could be digestion problems, heartburn in which case get some gaviscon in stock.
if your really worried then get a second opinion, if you have seen antoher doctor and they say its fine your not dieing. then.
stop being a hypercondriac

Two things will be of great help:
1) Begin excercising for 30 min every day. Running would be better
2) Set a time in the afternoon and just sit alone in a quite place. Think on your body and breath slowly for 15 minutes. You can reduce that time later when you start feeling better.
Good Luck
