A male United States age 30-35, *ostSoulinLove writes:

I am in love with someone which is possibly a huge plus. A problem with this love is its for my ex teacher from high school. I am now in college and have known him for three years. He has no clue, but i think he sees us as friends or at least more than strangers. I find myself thinking of him alot, but in nonsexual ways. I think he may have feelings for me as well based on a few things. Example: After Graduation maybe about 3 days i told my friend to tell him i missed him, well she did and he blushed when she told him this. Now i do not think that would cause someone to blush. There are other instances that i do not want to put on here because it will drag on forever. Do I tell him how i feel and hope for the best? And do you think that anything good can come out of this? Thank you for your time =). I just need help and anything will be of great service.

kitty_3 agony aunti agree! if he feels the same way, then you should definitely go for it! ...but in order to judge that, i'd like to hear the other examples. :)

HonningKanin agony auntYou are no longer his student. There is nothing illegal about this and he is not likely to lose his job seeing as there is no teacher student conflict.

It would be different if you were still a student under him and some people may view this as weird, but legally you are in the clear. You have nothing to lose except for the possible rapport you currently hold with him.

I say, as long as he is single, as long as there is no student teacher conflict and you yourself are single it is a case of "nothing ventured, nothing gained."

You see the little white box above right, with the search button next to it? Type one word - 'Teacher' - in the box and press the button. This has been answered a thousand times before.
