 I don't think you should consider it a fetish. A lot of people think that a woman is at her most beautiful and attractive when she is pregnant, and you're also constantly reminded of her sexuality by the sight of that tummy, that shows she is fertile and was impregnated.
Don't be so hard on yourself. You are young and only just finding out about your sexuality and how to deal with it. It isn't wrong to find a pregnant woman sexy! It is natural, and fine. And don't feel bad about seeing your neighbour's wife like this - you can't deny it, as she is in a very obvious physical state, and you can hardly turn the other way whenever you see her.
However, you do need to tone down this obsession, if it has come to that. You need to direct your attention elsewhere. Try thinking about girls of your own age. Imagine them pregnant, if you have to! : ) ... but calm down about your neighbour. Just be nice to her and feel happy that one day you too will have a wife, and she will be pregnant. You just have to wait. And not feel guilty. There are some men who hate women being pregnant, and that is a really bad thing. Liking them is good.
