I am going travelling for 7 months with my second cousin (we share great grandparents). In the past we have fooled around when drunk, just kisses and using hands, and there is sexual feelings there, but nothing stronger. So my question is, do you think it would be weird to have sex in a friends with benefits kind of way, not a relationship kind of way.fooling around before has not made things awkward between us.also, I am not asking about the moral issue of friends with benefits, I know some people are against this.

If both of you have absolutely no interest in each other AND you can both honestly say that if he met a girl, fell for her and wanted to pretty much cut contact with you, then you wouldn't be bothered.
Well friends with benefits is fine.
However you need to go and get something INFALLIBLE like the coil or implant because pregnancy would mess up everything and you are going to miss pills and throw them up when you go travelling.
Condoms should be the MINIMUM you use.
Good Luck!! xx

Sex with benefits only ever really works when two people know it can go nowhere. That rarely happens, since often one person wants it to go further than the other. Someone might get hurt, you or him. If you want to do it, then do it. Just be aware that you might get hurt. You might be better just waiting until you find someone you really want to be with.
