 Does he know it arouses you so much? If he does and continues to do it then move his hand and give him a look that says back off or move away and if he doesn't then tell him you'd rather he didn't do it in public but you certainly welcome it when you're alone together.

 Too much information missing here, in my opinion, for advisors to address very well. If this activity arouses you to an extreme, and he does it in public anyway, then it would seem he has little respect for you. I would think that anyone who purposefully embarrasses you is not someone with which to continue a relationship.
