Being a virgin has no effect whatsoever on fertility, in fact chances are higher with her because there's very little chance she'll have contracted an STD that can make her infertile.

If she plans on staying a virgin until she dies, then she wont get pregnant. But if she ever has sex she's just as likely to get pregnant as any other 31 year old. If you want to know about her fertility you have a better bet asking her how regular her periods are.
