Now i know that this is wrong but i just get weak at the knees when he smiles and i think he knows about it because he gives all the hints and we always give hugs and kisses to people in our family and he seems to hug longer. Look I'm not going to judge you for your feelings or care that its your cousin because the fact is that once you thought that you had a crush you never really stop thinking about how you feel so i think you should talk to your cousin alone and see how he feels about it because the thing is even if you talk about it things dont have to change it just means you love each other more than others i did the same with my female cousin and we've never been closer.

 He might know it, but does it mean that he "likes" you too? Boys flirt. If he hugs you longer, it could mean that he likes spending time with you and is letting you know it. Try not to fantasize too much, because you could just end up hurting yourself. Don't look at him like a crush, but rather your friend that you like hanging out with.

reader, anonymous, writes (17 January 2010): ok this is wrong and the good thing is that u recognized it already. now what u need to do is stop seeing him as a crush and start seeing him as a blood related family member. and pls dont read to much into the fact that he hugs u longer than the others. i have a cousin who hugs me tight dosent mean he has a crush. by the way ur young and in these kind of situations it can be perty confusing just dont loose focus of who he is to you.
