If she is the wife of your mum or dad's brother, no incest or illegality would have been perpetrated. However, that isn't to say it's not morally wrong.  My guess is that you're misinterpreting her intentions here.
If she really is interested in you, it's something that can wait a while. If anything does come of it, the two of you are in for SERIOUS repercussions from your family. You'll be better able to deal with this when you are an adult and out on your own.
So leave it TOTALLY alone for now. Let her make the first move. If she's really interested in you she'll figure out some way to let you know it very explicitly. Wait for her to say it in terms that cannot possibly be misunderstood ... not hints or looks or something, but direct words and actions that SHE starts that make it plain that she wants to be with you. If she's not interested and doesn't start something, you don't want to look totally stupid by coming on to her by mistake. That would be a mistake that you'd never live down.
Cool it and wait.

 Have you posted almost the same question from another account because they're remarkably similar. How can you seriously be contemplating having sex with your auntie? She's almost 3 times your age and is family. I can almost guarantee that if you have sex with her you'll be disowned by all of your family and it will just be you and her. Wherever you go you will give the impression that she is your mother and will then be in the sticky situation of explaining that she is your cast-off girlfriend. Who was previously married to your uncle and she was your auntie, but that's ok now because they're not married and she's my girlfriend.Don't. It's disgusting.
