 This is every guys insecurity...well every guy that is average in size; there are a lot of us! Let her touch you there and enjoy the touch. It wouldn't hurt you either to do some research on how women like to be touched.
Just always be prepared to be safe. If it does lead to sex, you must use a condom. While abstinence is the best approach to avoiding STD's, pregnancy, etc., using a condom is the next best thing that a man can do.

If all she wants is sex, then its not a real relationship. Sit her down where you can get some privacy, where just the two of you can talk. Tell her your worries, if she really likes you then she wount mind, she'll find it cute that you opened up to her. I've had relationships with both guys and girls who kept touching me. I liked it but I wasn't ready for so much.
