LDR is causing me concern..could he be cheating?

well i have been in a long distance relationship,,in the start it was amazing but now its a total mess,,he doesnt call me like he used to,,he doesnt text me like before,,we dont even chat anymore,,we have been fighting alot these days too,,but im the one who brings up the break up part but he refuses everytime by saying he loves me alot,,n if u r wondering that have we meet well yeah he comes to visits me like every 2-3 months,,so i dont know im really messed up i dunno whether he is cheating on me or not i cant tell even if i will ask him (as if he is gonna tell me the truth)he turns out with the same answer no im not im not kid why the hell will i be cheating on while i come to visit u from uk to bahrain ,,so guys u judge now i just wanna get rid off this weird feeling cuz i cant take it anymore..tc
