Anastasia agony auntHey chicka,

I know alot of girls who have hair on their tummies, some have dark hair...it is okay, don't stress.

you can Neet them off, wax them...don't shave the hair comes back thicker and quicker but it is fixable.

Good Luck

Ok, some people have clearly read your question wrong and think you are a guy. Bless em.

I'm a girl and I have that too, but let me tell you something... so does every other woman in the world.

It's normal to get worried about this stuff and I used to hide myself away because I thought everyone could see all the faults on me. But look around and you'll see that every other girl at the pool has hair their too, it's just that no one notices.

Go have fun swimming and remember that everyone will be looking at how great you look, not at some tiny tiny thing that they all have themselves.

Good Luck!! xx

I think most answerers are confused here. Your question was posed a little grammatically strange, probably due to your age.

This is a female. Yes, guys should have hair on their chest/stomach, but this is a girl. She is obviously upset by this, and she needs advice about taking them off. I don't think shaving is the answer, they will come back darker and thicker. Maybe hair removal cream? Like nair. Or maybe wait until you're a little older then look into laser hair removal. I think that will cost at least a few hundred dollars though, and they would probably make you wait until you're 18.

I don't understand why you don't like them.

All guys get snail trails its a sign of manly-ness...

And its normal. Itd be weird if you didn't have hair there soon enough

Dude, don't do anything to it. It'll grow in probably during this year and all will go according to plan. If you mess with it and shave it, it could lead to razor rash and make it look red there and all sorts of scenarios could happen. If no one's pointing it out to you. You are obsessing on it and need to find some way to keep your mind off it.

A reader, anonymous, writes (1 June 2009):

Well, you can do either two things...

1) Shave them. Get a bar of soap and a pack of razors from the Dollar Store, lather up and go at it.

2) Embrace them. I know you are young, but some girls think that’s hot! It’s like a oohh, he has a trail of hair that goes right down to his member.

Which ever you decide, you’ll be fine.

aphexinfinite agony auntwell you could try facial dye it can be used in certain areas to soften the colour of hairs ie make them lighter so you dont see them. the other option is to wax or get electrolsis. what ever you do dont shave they will only grow back twice as thick and twice as long go to your local farmacy and check out the facial dyes and see where you can apply them or check for natural wax remedies ie redcurrent wax with soothing properties also come with aloe vera to help with the aftercare of waxing. hope this helps aphex xx
