Dont worry yourself mate. It will happen soon enough. I started when I was about 11, so was well developed before other guys my age had even started. Just let nature take its cause and enjoy it while it lasts.

Read more about it here: http://www.webmd.com/hw/mens_conditions/hw183688.asp
Some males with Klinefelter syndrome may not fully develop secondary male sexual characteristics—such as the growth of the testicles and penis, deeper voice, and body hair—and usually cannot father children. They may have other problems, such as delayed speech development, poor verbal skills, and emotional and behavioral problems. They also may have below-average intelligence.

Dont worry. People can start puberty any age between 9 and 18, and some people start later than others.

This post is from a guy so no breasts is not a problem!
There is a rare syndrome which delays/prevents puberty - dont know a lot about it but it is treatable. However you might just be a late developer. Speak to a doctor, they will be able to advise you properly.

Don't panic. Pleanty of people don't start puberty till later on, especially as you are MALE (note: lena, he's MALE.. any budding breasts wouldn't be a sign of puberty). It's been scientifically proven that boys don't start puberty until later than girls.
So just wait, there's not really much you can do to speed things along.

do you have any pubic hair what so ever? if you do you are showing signs of puberty. any breasts budding? this is also a sign. if you mean litteraly there are no signs go and see the doctor, he/ she can prescribe pills to help speed up the process.
good luck and don't worry you will eventualy go through puberty.
