Hmm. . . It's tough. You like him and he likes you, but he's in high school everyday dealing with high schooly people and high schooly issues. You are in middle school dealing with middle school and middle schooly people and middle schooly issues. In a year he'll be 17, that is the age of consent and the age where he will be tried as an adult if he and you were to engage in sexual activity and your parents were to prosecute. As a sex offender, which is what he could be labeled for for the rest of his life, he will always be unable to live a normal possibly productive life. I'm not saying this to terrify you, but understand that you two are children and childen full of hormones . . . It's dangerous. If you and he have enough self control and supervision wonderful, date to your hearts content. But I do suggest just dating . . . dating several people. It's not cheating, just playing the field if you are upfront about it. Good luck.

 yes is perfectly fine :) i dated a 13 yo and im 16.... so i cant really say theres anything wrong with it. just as anonymous said dont let him get you in to bed.

 Its okay but not right bcos at 13 its better to date boys your age they will understand u better than a 16yr old will. at 16 there is too much pressure and competition is too tough so he might expect more than u can freely give which will just complicate things for u. if he understand u are still very young to understand most of this things its okay and dont allow him to touch u just enjoy each others company and have fun.

 No I don't think it's weird. If you like each other then I don't see why not. I mean it's not like he's 30 or something. lol. Because if he was then that would be kinda weird. Don't worry. You dating a 16 year old is not weird at all.
