It happens naturally and is a part of sex. With time and experience you will figure out what positions allow more air to get pressed in, what what movements not to do. But everyone is different, what moves help for one person will not be what works for you. Me for example, it's easier to not let in air if I control the movements, and if we don't move around too much/change positions, or if the man doesn't "pump" so much in and out, but make love to me instead.
However a few noises here and there doesn't put a stop for me being active, and as long as it's not uncomfortable or painful don't bother about it. It's natural. It happens.

Unfortunately this is just something you will have to deal with. We all go through it. Its just air getting inside your vagina going back out. Its completely normal and natural so dont worry about it. It is quite embarrassing but if you try and make it less so e.g making comments like "geez could you pump any more air in there?" Sometimes you will be so wrapped up in what youre doing that I doubt either of you will hear it at all.
