Avoid the 5% beer and other stronger drinks. I think the best is not to keep up with others who probably drink more, and stick to a slower pace and make your drinks last. Avoid buying rounds and get your own only. Take out only a set amount of money that buys xxx drinks only and don't take out more cash on the night out. Plus you'll find you have more cash for other things too.

try to order single drinks instead of double or you could drink one alchoholic drink and then a soft drink. You could also go out with a limited amount of money so you cant buy as many drinks ! hope this helps let me know thanks

When your happy and the room is still. Then just slow down. When your friends are going to the bar go alternative for example they all go, you wait on dancefloor/seats. but next time go with them.I understand its hard once you've had alcohol because you just want more but if you try and do it you most likely will..Good Luck

You just have to learn when you are a fun happy drunk, and then when you are a leering vomiting drunk and don't cross that line.
Never do shots, never mix your drinks, stick to the stuff you know your body gets on with. (I can drink vodka all night, but half a glass of wine gets me smashed.)
Also, try alternating, one beer, one coke, one beer, one coke.
The BEST thing you can have is good friends who will stop you from getting too drunk. Look out for each other is the GOLDEN rule, there is no shame in asking them to keep an eye on you.
Good Luck!! xx
