Beleive me i know your stress, studying university level for medicines means exams all the time, oragnisation i found was a great way to relax, once i made sure all my topics were covered within plenty of time i knew i could relax, i suggest just putting the work away and sit yourself infront of the telly and do nothing. make sure you sleep relgularly.
When i get cranky about them i usually do some excercise and hang out with friends.

I'm going to be taking exams soon.. What I find is good is to just take time out, chill with friends and have a laugh :) even if you feel the stress come on top of you a little call a mate and giggle :) a true laugh is always good for beating stress. If you're stressed in the actual exam i'd suggest think happy confident thoughts, like 'this is a breeze, i'm gonna pass with flying colours!' and such :) x Becky x

Heyy!
I know how you feel I have so many exams now it's unbelievable (GCSEs)
I guess all I can say is calm yourself before an exam. Make sure you have water (and of course equipment) so you don't go in paniking that you don't have anything.
You have the knowledge all you have to do now is put it into what you have been working towards for the past so many years.
You're going to be stressed because you want to pass. Just hang out with your friends and either revise with them (so then you know you know everything) or basically just forget about them until it comes to the time and just have fun, because if you're taking your GCSEs as well then you won't have long left in school with them. So might as well make the most of it.
If you don't want the exams brought up, tell your friends, I'm sure they'll understand considering they probably have a few of the same as well. They probably don't want to talk much about it either because that will make them nervous.
Hope this helps!
Good Luck!! (I'm sure you'll do great!!)
