Very, very, VERY risky, my friend.
You must really be willing to put your life on the line for this woman, because that's exactly what you'll be doing if you become sexually active with her.
Good luck, sweetness.

I'm guessing your question is whether or not it is dangerous to have oral sex with women WITH HIV/AIDS? Correct?
Again the process of infection lies with opportunity. If there are open sores in the mouth of the person giving oral sex, then certainly the probability of contracting HIV/AIDS goes up. If there are no visible sores or open lesions in the mouth of the person giving oral sex, then the probability goes down some.
It also depends on the viral load of the person infected with HIV/AIDS. If the viral load is high, then the probability of that person infecting someone with the virus is higher than if the persons viral load is low or non-detectable (viral load being how many copies of the active virus are found in the blood).
Having said all that - it is STILL POSSIBLE to get HIV/AIDS or infect someone with HIV/AIDS all the time. No matter if there are open sores in the mouth or not - no matter if the persons viral load is high or low. Studies only show the susceptibility of the persons able to contract the disease are varied based on the information I have presented to you.
I'm not sure of the actual statistics in Kenya, but I'm going to assume they number of person infected with this disease are VERY high. If you are considering engaging in any type of sexual activity with anyone, use some type of barrier protection (condom for sexual intercourse and receptive male oral sex- dental dam for oral sex on a woman). The barrier devices are not 100% effective but are still VERY effective at helping the fight against HIV/AIDS.
Hope this helps.

Yes it is. Even if you use a condom it could break or slip.

If you know that the woman has aids, then it is very very dangerous to have oral sex with her, because you will catch aids!
