 A 15 year old will be legal for a 18 year old always when the 15 year old is 18, which is impossible considering that a 15 year old will always be a 15 year old.. When they turn 16, they cease to be a 15 year old.
But as far as when it will be legal for you to have sex with your older boyfriend.. it depends on the laws of the land in which you inhabit. Some places may have the age of consent as low as 14 and beyond but also keep in mind that they may forbid a guy who is 18 from having sex with a girl that is 14 even if the age of consent is 13. Age of Consent laws can be murky at times.. Best to read the laws of where you live.. or better yet.. ask an attorney.

Meaning a 16 year old is deemed old enough to decide for themselves if they have sex, and who they have sex with.
