If he gave you his email, and he is single, he is interested. Send him a casual email and then let him make the move. Leave the door open......and wait to see if we is really interested. If he emails you back, email him again. If a guy likes you, he will be waiting for your response.

well it's difficult to say, first of all he should be interested in you.Try writting as much time as he is, but don't write more (words,phrases) then he does.if you'll write a "romance" you will scare him.

This really depends what he's emailing to you in the first place. Anything you say, he should reply to if needed. If not then you will have got the message, Keep replying and he should reply back.
