Compliment her whenever you feel like she's done something worth complimenting. She probably has a loss self esteem or is insecure and wants reassurance.
If you don't feel like there's anything to compliment I rate don't lie but i know that it really bugs me when I make an effort to look good or have worked hard at something and it feels like my bf doesn't notice.
You can't just wake up and say, "OK, i have to compliment my gf 5 times today. Whether I believe what i'm saying or not".
