Not a lot dude. The three main attributes of ADHD are inattention, (difficulty focusing on one thing for long), hyperactivity, (very talkative, active & energetic) and impulsive (acting before thinking of the consequences). There are different levels of severity and classification but that's the general gist of it.
However a long list of disorders can accompany ADHD... Bi-polar, depression, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, OCD and various other mood disorders. If anything- that's what is likely to affect your relationship if she hasn't been tested, but people with just adhd are still very capable of having fulfilling stable relationships.
Goodluck!

I don't really think it's going to affect your relationship if you're willing to learn to copy with it. Clearly she is being proactive about it and taking medications to help her out but ADHD is not a relationship threatening disorder. Sure she might seem distracted at times or overly zealous at other times but if she's a good person, then she's a good person. The heart is big organ. Keep that in mind always.
