Don't worry, 4 days is a normal time to wait; I myself take the 3-week pill which requires a week's break and I usually wait 4-5 days. Remember that because your body is only just getting used to the alterations caused by the pill, your period may be a little unpredictable for the first few months. Even if you don't get it at all, don't fret, just start your new packet and it will sort itself out soon.

Depends on the pill and the woman. Your periods will be lighter on the pill than before; it may just take a while. You're on the three-week pill pack, right?
If you're not sure, get a pregnancy test. But I would wait until right-before you're supposed to start the pills again to take the test.
There are lots of reasons that you might be late; stress is one of them. Relax and you'll probably get your period.
