If we're talking "start to finish" blowjobs, I think I'm a long term marriage, it's typically probably not that often. Like weekly in a good marriage with 2 fairly sexually active people & monthly or less in a not so sexual relationship. I'd like to meet the guy "who moves around between girls" and gets more that one a day. Even the "every morning before work" concept is far fetched......So I put on my socks, grab the morning newspaper and my coffee and stand by the side of the bed for my morning blow job.....I imagine that would get pretty mundane after 20 years or so. It obviously depends on the guys age and the type of relationship they are in.
I have know friends in long term relationships who got one every morning unless some was sick or late for work.
I have know guys who move around between girls and average more than 1 a day for months at a time. (as you may guess they are not very fun to have a conversation with).
Is that helpful information- probably not. You dont know those people so why should you live your life by them.
I think it is safe to say that the days of "once a year on your birthday" are probably past. If you want me to guess a lower frequencey that might be satisfactory to the guy, I'd say once a week if it had enthusiasm. I think the enthusiasm is really the key here, not a begrudging number you get talked into.
BTW- I prefer the handjob, but I know thats treated as heresy in some quarters.

Each relationship is different and both parties should be happy with the number.
I personally view blowjobs as foreplay which about 30% of the times my partner and I make love. Giving oral sex does not happen everytime a couple makes love. Otherwise it could be just routine.
If oral sex played great part of the begining of the relationship and that fadded totally, I can understand how some men would not like it. The same way would go for women. However, to give oral one needs to enjoyed it and not give it out of obligation.

There is no average nad though he might say there is there are alot of girls out there who wont even attempt such a thing.  That is a loaded question really. There are SO many contributing factors here. Is he married, does he date regularly, does his significant other enjoy oral sex? I mean, it's different for everyone. My man gets some amount of oral every time we have sex. But I enjoy oral sex. I may not complete it but his organ gets loving attention from my mouth as often as possible. So, my suggestion is, if you aren't married then find a mate that enjoys giving. If you are married and she doesn't enjoy it, find ways to make it more appealing to her.
And only she can tell you what will make it more appealing. Do you trim yourself? Do you shower daily?
