play with yourself occasionally!! you'll build up your stamina, nobody likes an early finish (insert work-related joke here).
if you wanted to delay ejaculation, that is possible. you'll feel the thrill of climax without getting the baby gravy anywhere it shouldn't be.
to delay ejaculation, you have to temporarily 'disable' the gland responsible for it. this is done usually by squeezing the penis at the base (nearest your body) on the underside (facing the floor when erect). squeeze as tightly as you can until the feeling of climax is over. it's safe to let go when you've got that 'i have just cum' smile on your face.
additionally, while squeezing, you can use your muscles to achieve the same effect (i use both techniques). so you know which how to tense those muscles, next time you urinate, try to stop halfway through and see how long you can wait. note - only try 3 seconds. when you know what to do, replicate it when masturbating and see for yourself. it's also great if no tissue is handy ;)
apologies if that joke was a bit vulgar (mods feel free to edit).
best of luck.

Not too long to be honest. Try masturbating again (when you're on your own) and just build it up. Also, when you're having sex, take your time and if you feel like you'll climax to early, stop, then start again.
