Yeah I always forget to factor in the weekend, and of course the weather can play into it as well...and footwear but I'm with Cindy..Tally Ho...not that I'm name calling...

I'll happily chase men for an extended period of time, but only if I can put together a nice pack of beagles and if I can still fit into my red hunting coat.
Tally-ho! Tally - ho !

Depends on the woman, obviously.
The 2.36 number would come into play if the starting day is a Thursday. Then you get into the weekend issues, and if she hasn't asked you for brunch on Sunday by then, you are toast. Otherwise, I think 3.2 would be about right.

Well, I'll concede, because you are a woman after all.
Darn! I thought I had done my math right too.

DB you know I love you, but I'm positive it is 3.2 days.

A woman will only chase for so long, then eventually she'll get sick of bombarding you with phone calls, texts when you don't answer. Nowadays, there's self help dating guides to tell us if a man isn't calling you or ignoring or dodging your calls then he's not into you.
I stopped playing silly dating games like that when I was 19. You're how old?

Female,
tis is a really strange question and why would you want to shorten or lengthen a chase.
it may flatter your ego but its really cruel to play a woman like this.
the chase is only exciting if it might actually go somewhere not when it is simply a game and a way to make you feel good about yourself.
It also sounds like you want to get a kick out of control.
At your age you should know better.

Female here.
I would not "chase" any one, by phone or other means, mainly because I'm just too old to play games.
Seems pretty immature.

Why on earth are you asking this? Are you planning to let some poor woman chase you for long periods of time or something??? Because i doubt it'll work. As xanthic said, women won't continue a chase for long...

Not long. To chase is a game, and most people don't want to play games when it comes to relationships. The "chase" will become very short...and very soon. Eventually, most women, and men, will just not waste their time in replying. If you are interested in the woman, be honest and show some interest and suggest meeting, or a date. Playing any type of game, or any attempt at trying to manipulate someone by leading them on with phone games, will most likely never get you to a second date, or any real relationship.

Most women won't chase a man for long, we generally let the men do that and often lose interest if the man doesn't pursue us at least some of the time. Obviously there are exceptions, but I'm generalizing.
Shorten it by being direct and telling her how you feel. A woman will quickly lose interest if you try to drag things out and become too distant.
