Plus, I have to look out for myself. How long should I wait to get on birth control with a new relationship? Is that a big deal for guys? Are they just thinking of their pleasure? Or thinking cheap..no more condoms?!? I'm going to give it a few weeks or maybe more. Low on cash and no health insurance. :-(In the meantime no sex and if so, condoms baby! Lol.

You are right it is risky to not use condoms.
I think you should tell him that if he doesn't want to use them then you want to go to a doctor TOGETHER where you can get tested for STI's.
The fact that he doesn't want to use them says to me that he cares more about his pleasure than your safety / future together. After all, it's you that has to give birth and raise the kids. He can walk away and just send a cheque every now and then.
I'd tell him to piss off personally.
Good Luck!! xx
